Tabatha has extensive knowledge and experience in managing pre- and post-event planning activities, event night logistics, auction processes including registration and checkout and as a owner of AES Colorado is looked to as one of the city's leading planners for small- and large-scale fundraising events. Tabatha has her degree in Business Administration and is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Ashley Weber has been with Auction & Event Solutions Colorado for 6 years and has over 4 years experience with planning and managing auction related fundraising events. As Co-owner of Auction & Event Solutions Colorado, Ashley has been heavily involved in the pre-event planning, volunteer training, event-night management and post-event reconciliation efforts with more than 80 non-profit organizations all over the state of Colorado. Ashley has over 60 credit hours completed in business administration and management and is continuing her education at the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Ashley is also currently an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
